Rules
| Chatting:
There is to be NO CHATTING while racing, except for auto chat messages. Small chatting under yellows is acceptable. If there is any chatting, one of the ADMIN's will type "STOP CHATTING PLEASE!" You will be given 1 warning only! After that, if the chatting persists, you will be disqualified from that particular event (NO EXCEPTIONS) This will be up to the discretion of the Admin's only!!

| Clearing of Black Flags:
There will be no clearing of black flags during the race at any time unless I know for sure that it was not deserved. You have to understand that it is very difficult for the admin's to determine weather a black flag is bogus or not, while they are trying to race. It is also very difficult for us to clear a black flag while trying to race. So,please do not even ask the admin's to clear it>>>Thanx

Flaming:
Any type of flaming will not be tolerated at any given time while racing, or in the server itself. Failure to comply will result in the following:
1st offense - 50 points deducted from that particular race
2nd offense - A one race suspension for the next event
3rd offense - Removal from league

Starts/ Restarts:
a) Restarts will be allowed in the 1st 3 laps of the race to a maximum of 1 restarts!!!! Please note that there will not be a restart if the caution does not come out!!! (Penalties will be applied if you do not attempt to drive away....DO NOT JUST SIT THERE TO BRING OUT A YELLOW!!) The driver causing the restart will be assessed a 25 point penalty unless the restart was caused by warp, server problem, or means beyond your control...this is up to the discretion of the admins!!!
b) On the restarts after a caution, No passing until the backstretch, and do not force the pass....Penalty is a Black flag by the admins!!
All tracks 2 Miles and over, passing is allowed once you pass the start/finish line!!! NO lagging back to get a run or you will get a black flag from the admins!!
c)NO RACING BACK TO THE LINE, unless 10 laps or less to go. We are adopting the Lucky Dog rule as in Nextel Cup. The first car 1 or more laps down will be the lucky dog when a caution comes out. Every driver is to HOLD THEIR POSITION when the yellow comes out....this means DO NOT PASS ANYONE!!! If you happen to pass someone, let them back by you before you pass the start/finish line and you will not be penalized. If you pass someone who is way off the pace, or is the reason for the caution (ie Wreck), you obviously will not be penalized. When the yellow comes out, LIFT!!! There is no need to brake right after the start/finish line....please coast all the way to turn 3 before braking!! The pace car will catch up. The lucky Dog is then supposed to pit after everyone else and go to the End of the Longest Line. Once the race goes green, the ADMIN WILL GIVE HIM HIS LAP BACK!!
d) Laps will be given back due to connection problems up to 3 Times per event.
e)Lapped cars will not race with leaders with 10 laps to go, lap cars must move, allowing leaders to race (no exceptions). If there is a yellow, the lapped cars must go through the pits if less than 10 laps to go....they must be at the rear of the field!!
(no exceptions)
f) Do not jump the starts....if you are caught....Penalty 25 Points

| Warp
Any driver who is warping consistently, will be asked to move to the rear of the field until it clears up. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the event. If it happens with 10 laps to go, you will be allowed to race but please be careful. You are expected to move out of the racing groove until you come back.

| Provisionals:
Any driver who requires a Provisional must send me an e-mail at piggzracing@rogers.com 1 hour before the race has started. Each Driver will be allowed a total of 5 provisionals and no more!! Attendance in this league is important if you want to remain in the points chase.

| Penalties:
a)Cause a yellow in the first lap of the race - 25 point penalty
b)3 self spins causing yellows - you are to park it (failure to comply will result in being disqualified as well as removal from the server) If you spin and do not cause a yellow, it will not be counted as a spin.
c) If you cause 3 cautions - park it (no exceptions)Failure to comply will result in being disqualified as well as removal from the server
d) Wreckless or Careless driving.....25 Points (This is up to the DISCRETION of the ADMINS!!)
e) Failure to comply with passing before the backstretch.....25 Points
f) Failure to comply with racing back to the line.....25 Points
g) Wrecking someone under caution.....25 points
h) Jumping the start.....25 points
i) Purposely causing a caution period to be brought out.....25 Points (This is up to the DISCRETION of the ADMINS!!)
j) Any driver that causes the retirement of 2 drivers in 1 race (separate incidents), due to accidents, will receive a 25 point penalty. Any driver that causes the retirement of 3 drivers in 2 consecutive races (separate incidents), due to accidents, will serve a 1 race suspension in the MAIN SERIES THAT YOU RUN. The choice of the series to be suspended from IS UP TO THE ADMIN'S. The driver may appeal, but it is solely up to the discretion of the admin's. The admin's WILL NOT APPLY THIS PENALTY without the appropriate replay attachments for proof!!!

Replays/Protests:
Everyone is entitled to send a complaint (protest) to the Administrators for review of any particular race incident. In order for a protest to be assessed by the league Administrators, the person filing must save the replay (7 seconds before and 7 seconds after incident), as well as the lap of the incident. Only the Administrators will look and act upon any complaint sent to either Administrator. The Administrators will review and discuss between themselves, making a decision based on the replay. Any and all complaints should be in Administrators hands within 24 hrs after race. The Administrator's will notify the other party immediately after receiving a protest. The person who has been filed against will have 24 hours to reply to the protest. Failure to respond will be considered at fault in the case involved. All decisions made by the Administrators are final. If the Administrator's find the accused to not be at fault, the person filing the protest will be fined 25 points. This is to assure the Administrator's that the protest is legitimate, not just made in anger. Therefore, think about making the protest before you file it.
