Also, to help keep more "regular" drivers in the series, perhaps a bit of a change-up, maybe a little experimentation like nascar is doing.
My ideas include :
Half Points for (TRUE) Road Course races.
or
3 "Endurance" races throughout the season (increased to 40% length) Covering the "worlds greatest" races:
Indy, Lemans, Daytona
These 3 races would be DOUBLE points.
Points winner of the 3 Endurance Race Challenge would get a small prize sponsored by Race Track Central.
