I am very troubled with Gonz's request to vote on using a cheat detection program for an extra $10 a month.
If any Piggz racer is cheating... then that driver is an butthole that needs to go race someplace else.
I have no reason to suspect that any SuperSpeedway Driver cheats.
Perhaps this vote to institute a Cheat Detection Program has been brought to light because of other MODS???
Personally speaking, Cheat Detection Software is a good thing. The problem I see is that very few drivers donate to the SERVER fund. Some of you cannot and I RESPECT that. Some of you could... and DONT!
Why do you people that could donate... don't? Do you expect to be *carried* week after week and month after month and year after year by the rest of us?
I support Cheat Detection Software... ONLY if more donations come in to support it.
PLEASE DONATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe what happens elsewhere is of no concern to Piggz Racing. If it happens here, then I suggest the Admins be contacted PRIVATELY with any allegations and/or proof.

I'm all for cheat detection , but can the software allow for running 3 monitors ?
Softh , the software used for 3 screens hooks into directX .
and.. I will not go back to single screen , EVER
lol
p.s.
my opinion about the issue raised by previous posters ; if someone racing HERE is caught cheating elsewhere , that person should be banned here too..
if a person steals or disrespects at a friends house , are you going to let him back in your house ?
honor is the only way to go .. to the end |

We haven't needed Cheat Detection in the 4 years I have raced here. Why start now?
Apparently the problem is being monitored when there is suspicion. It's not difficult to tell when it happens. It becomes obvious.
Again... I will support using it regardless, if the donations can carry it. The donation fund is nearly half of what it used to be. We always had a good $$$ cushion in the past. It doesn't seem wise to me to spend an extra $10 a month considering the amount in the Server fund.
We shouldn't have to deal with a few people that force us to spend more money. Kick them out and be done with the unnecessary expense and headaches.
Just an opinion........

| the problem is its so hard to figure out if people really are cheating, the process to nail them down on it basically means you have to accuse them, and at that point, if you accuse someone of cheating, you've already lost them as a member of the league IMO, and it would be a shame to lose someone that wasnt actually cheating |

Your always gonna have some DICKHEAD that thinks he can beat the system. When there's competition, there's cheaters. These people waste great intelligence and gifts that alot of us wish we had.
Can this program be tried out for a couple of months,to see if its really going to help?
I say,if you know who it is...........KILL EM'!!!!!!!! |

Trying it sounds better to me rather than a permanent monthly expense. If they let you BUY it "as needed" that is good. I would hope that this software gives a full cheat report to the Admins.
What I mean by that is... if a cheater gets caught by the software... the Admins get a full report. It does no good if the cheater get ejected and the Admins don't know WHO the culprit is.
If the software can be had on an as needed basis monthly... then I recommend using it on a random basis. The element of suprise. Great tactic!!!!!

| well we could use the new race server service, but, thats such a huge transition I think the NRT route would be easier, and like i said if it gets too expensvie and needs to be canceled, it's deed will be done within a month |

Although I do not agree with your post as far as name mentioning, my mind is now some what alleviated as to how Channing Ballew may have beat my Talladega TR qualifying record at 70 degrees in the Piggz All Star Race by .136 MPH. That was a remarkable feat.
I was very impressed with his record breaking run up until now. Now... I wonder
Thanks for the heads up Brandon...
